TERMS & CONDITIONS
All services offered in a package are once a month, if you want an additional service more than once a month it will be paid for separately from your membership.
Percentage off Regularly Priced New Services Does not apply to packages or additional memberships.
All memberships are a 3 month minimum commitment and pulled from provided Debit/Credit Card on the 1st of each month. If card is declined membership will be frozen until the owed amount is paid in full.
In the event something happens and you need to freeze your account; you may freeze your account up to a year, after one year your account will resume. Accounts may be frozen twice a year. If account is frozen for any reason, accumulated rolled over credit and/or services may not be used and/or received till membership is active again.
If services were not used that month amount paid rolls over as a service credit. We do not offer refunds on memberships under no circumstances! For additional terms see membership agreement. Memberships are paid Via invoice with an attached card on file, paying by card results in a 3.5% processing fee.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations require a 30 day written notice by email ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS to sugarmecleanbeautylounge@gmail.com
